Greendale

After graduating in l954 I married Jerry Woeste GHS
class of '55. We moved out west with the U.S. Army to
Ft. Lewis, Washington and then settled in Eugene,
Oregon in 1962.

We have two daughters, Liz age 49 in Longmont, Colorado
and Ellen age 46 in Eugene.

We have one lovely grand daughter, Morgan, age 15 who
is an excellent volleyball player and we enjoy watching
her tournaments.

The latest addition to our family is our foster son
Authur. He was one of my students and came to us at the
age of 13. We formally adopted him at the age of 22 and
he is now 26. He currently lives in Oakland and is
employed by S.A.P. a large worldwide software firm. We
are quite proud of him.

I attended the University of Oregon from 1973-1976
when I graduated with a Masters Degree in Education. I
taught 4th grade for 17 years and retired in 1993. I
continued to give courses for teachers and also volunteer
in my grand daughter's school for many years.

I still volunteer some at an elementary school.

We have done a great deal of traveling over the years
including Central and South America, Mexico, the
Caribbean and much of Europe.
Our health has been good so we will keep traveling while
we can. I enjoy reading, golf, sailing, hiking, being with
friends and family.
